  • Mayfield truss uses WizardPDS fully automated roof truss tables, which are software-driven, reducing set-up times and increasing efficacies ten-fold. We are one of the very few plants that are able to manufacture up to 86' long (one) piece trusses for pole barns and the agricultural industry.
  • Our wall panels offer consistent stud, opening, nail placement, and hardware locations with less waste and higher quality than standard stick-frame construction methods. This leads to fewer crew delays in the field and makes project build out times significantly faster.
  • Erecting wall panels on a job site (as opposed to building them on-site) speeds construction time and minimizes errors and accidents, thus reducing job site times by nearly 45%.

    • Automated truss component saws
    • 2 auto mills to cut russ chords and webs
    • 2 floor truss tables with automated stackers
    • Automated wall panel cutting liner saw with fully automated marking system so all wall panel components are cut with the highest accuracy
    • Alpine "ALS" linear saw combined with the Apex "Wood Runner," – this is considered the MOST efficient combination when it comes to cutting roof and floor truss components
    • Lean manufacturing processes
